Return Policy
At Sunshine BD, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our return and refund policy.
1. Return Conditions
If there is any issue with the product, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving it. Products can be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- If the product is broken or damaged.
- If the received product does not match the ordered product (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
- If the product quality is not up to standard.
Note: When returning the product, the original packaging and tags must remain intact.
2. Refund Process
After your returned product reaches our warehouse, we will verify it. Upon verification, the refund will be processed to your Bkash or bank account within 3-5 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Timeline
To exchange a product, you must contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery. The exchange process will be completed within 3 days inside Dhaka and 5-7 days outside Dhaka.
